Questions and Answers - Lasery Products
All orders received by the Lasery online store are dispatched from our Hungarian fulfillment warehouse. The shipping cost is calculated based on the total size and weight of the order. A quote for delivery to the selected delivery address will be displayed on the checkout page.
After placing your order, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Any charges incurred by LASERY for refused/returned parcels shall be borne by the customer.
NOTE: We cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes. Orders created with APO/FPO or PO Box addresses will be delayed and held until a suitable alternative address is provided.
Orders shipped to countries outside the EU are charged excluding VAT and may be subject to local customs and duties. Orders shipped to EU member states will be charged the appropriate VAT rate and charged at checkout, and no additional import charges or duties will be payable.
Customs rules vary widely depending on the type of goods imported and the country from which they come or are made. Import duties are usually charged when the order arrives in the destination country and must be paid by the courier before the shipment is completed.
LASERY shall not be liable for any additional costs, duties or taxes incurred in importing the order. Please note that the local customs office may charge additional fees before the order is dispatched, which LASERY cannot provide specific information about due to the very different customs and import procedures in different countries. Please contact your local government's import/tax information centre or the courier directly for clarification.

Our products are made to order, so production time can be up to 3-5 days. As everything is handmade, there may be slight differences in colour and size between products.

Yes, if you buy from EU countries (except local purchases) and have an EU VAT ID. On the checkout page, after selecting the country of delivery, please enter your EU VAT ID in the appropriate field. Our system will perform a VIES query of your VAT ID and if the feedback is positive, i.e. the ID is valid, our system will deduct VAT from all relevant goods and services. If you are ordering from Hungary as a business customer, please send us your VAT number in the order comment so that we can issue a business invoice.
Yes, please send us the details (which product, which graphic, number of pieces etc.) by mail and we will get back to you within a few days. Of course, we can also create any kind of customized corporate souvenir.
Our products are covered by the guarantee conditions laid down in the legislation in force. As all our products are individually handcrafted to order and, in most cases, specifically tailored to the customer, they are not subject to the no-objection rule. Please exercise caution during the ordering process, or contact us if you have any further questions or would like more pictures/videos of the product.
