Questions and Answers - Lasery Products
All orders placed on the Lasery webshop are shipped from our Hungarian fulfillment warehouse. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total size and weight of the order. A quote for shipping to the selected shipping address will be displayed on the checkout page.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes the tracking number.
Any fees incurred by LASERY due to refused/returned packages will be borne by the customer.
NOTE: We cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. Orders placed with an APO/FPO or PO Box address will be delayed and held until a suitable alternate address is provided.
Orders shipped to countries outside the EU are charged excluding VAT and may be subject to local duties and taxes. Orders shipped to European Union member states will have the appropriate VAT rate calculated and charged at checkout and no additional import fees or duties will be charged.
Customs regulations vary greatly depending on the type of goods being imported and the country they are from or made in. Import duties are usually charged when the order arrives in the destination country and must be paid to the courier before delivery is completed.
LASERY cannot be held responsible for any additional costs, duties or taxes incurred during the importation of your order. Please note that your local customs office may charge additional fees prior to your order being shipped, which LASERY cannot provide specific information on due to the wide variation in customs and import procedures from country to country. Please contact your local government's import/tax information center or the courier directly for clarification.

Our products are made to order, so the production time can be up to 3-5 days. Since everything is handmade, there may be minor differences in color and size between individual products.

Yes, if you are purchasing from EU countries (except local purchases) and have an EU VAT ID. After selecting the delivery country on the Payment page, please enter your EU VAT ID in the appropriate field. Our system will perform a VIES query of your VAT ID, and if the feedback is positive, meaning the ID is valid, our system will deduct VAT from all relevant products and services. If you are ordering from Hungary as a corporate customer, please send us your tax ID in the order notes so that we can issue a corporate invoice.
Yes, please send us the details (what product, what graphics, quantity, etc.) by email and we will get back to you within a few days. Of course, we also undertake to make any unique corporate gift.
We provide warranty conditions for our products as specified in the applicable law. Since all our products are individually made to order, handcrafted products, which in most cases are specifically tailored to the customer, the cancellation policy without reason does not apply to them. Please proceed with caution during the ordering process, or contact us if you have any further questions or would like more pictures/videos of the given product.
